| Walk for Justice Whole Farm Cooperative, in cooperation with the SustainableFarming Ass'n of Central Minnesota (SFA), will be participating in theSeptember 15th Headwaters Foundation Walk for Justice in the Twin Cities.Headwaters organizes the walk by getting together a bunch of small socialjustice organizations and then promoting the walk. The organizations raisefunds to pay for their programs by getting walkers who in turn get peopleto pledge for them. Right now SFA/WFC needs more walkers (I, Tim King,am the only walker signed up and I don't even walk too good) and pledgers. We want to raise $1,000 which we'll split between the two organizations. If you pledge your money will go toward keeping the WFC truck repairedand on the road with good food from our farms. The portion of your moneythat goes to SFA will help pay for farmer-to-farmer educational eventslike on farm field days and the Windy River Renewable Energy and AgriculturalFair. I'll keep you posted as thhings develop.
